Refund Policy
Why every purchase through Omni Incubator is non-refundable — and the narrow exception where the law says otherwise.
Policy
All sales on Omni Incubator are final. We do not issue refunds on e-book purchases, memberships (monthly or annual), sample products, marketplace transactions, or any other charges processed through the Service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why
Every qualifying purchase made during an active funding round automatically credits funding entries to your account. Once those entries are recorded, they become part of the entry pool used by our independent sweepstakes administrator to select winners. Reversing a purchase would require us to remove those entries after the fact — which would mean tampering with a drawing pool that every other entrant is relying on to be fair, complete, and untouched.
To protect the integrity of every funding round, we do not adjust, remove, or reissue entries after they have been credited. This applies regardless of the size of the purchase, the time elapsed since the purchase, or the eventual outcome of the drawing.
Scope
This policy applies to every paid transaction processed by Omni Incubator, including (but not limited to) individual e-book purchases, monthly and annual memberships, marketplace listings, sample-product fees, and any add-on or one-time charges.
Memberships
You may cancel a paid membership at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation stops the next scheduled billing cycle but does not refund the current billing period; you retain full member access through the end of the period you have already paid for. The seven-day free trial may be cancelled at any point before the trial ends with no charge to your card. E-books and any funding entries earned during the membership remain yours permanently.
Statutory
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection right that applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law guarantees you. Where law requires a refund or other remedy regardless of these terms, we will comply.
